Leonard P. Daniel

Leonard P. Daniel is a highly experienced engineering and management professional with over 30 years of hands-on experience. He's been involved in various projects, including solar power plants, compressed natural gas development, hydro-electric projects, and more. He's known for building utility-scale solar power plants and played a crucial role in acquiring power purchase agreements with utility companies through Bethel Energy LLC. He continues to lead L.P. Daniel Engineers and Contractors, specializing in solar field construction.

Merrill W. Moses

Merrill W Moses is an experienced executive with leadership roles in petroleum, oil & gas, and alternative energy sectors. He has a background in high-tech, finance, and private investment banking, with a focus on international energy agreements. Merrill's expertise includes asset trading, finance, and credit enhancements. He also served in advisory roles in politics. He studied finance and business at Brigham Young University until 1976.
